💡 Tip: To get to the Counseling Room, take the pathway next to the school cafeteria. The room is right in front, slightly diagonal from the Gym!
Library of Self-care Tools
🌈 This is the Mental Health Resource Library, offering useful materials for both teachers and students. If you’re curious about the sources of these materials:
1. “Mental Health and Well-being Promotion Program for High School Students” — written by the Clinical Research Institute for Social, Psychological, and Educational Studies (CRIPS-E), published by Vietnam National University Press.
2. Four volumes of “High School Student Mental Health Handbook” — created by the Youth Mental Health Project with support from Mature - Phan Psychology Club at Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, Nghe An Province, and funded by Women Deliver.

Counseling Area
😍 Capy and Ducky are two adorable friends welcoming you to the Counseling Room. Feel free to hug them, but please don’t take them out of the room.
🌸 On the Counseling Room table, besides Capy, you’ll also find positive affirmation cards and paper and pens for your thoughts. The pink (and beige) tablecloths are there to create a cozy and comfortable space for everyone.

💝 The board area is a space where everyone can freely write and draw. All emotions and thoughts can be shared and understood here.
