The Elemental Project
Love and Understand.
The Elemental Project is a non-profit initiative founded by a group of students from Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted – South Nha Trang, with the mission of promoting mental well-being among adolescents in Khanh Hoa Province.
The project aims to raise awareness among young people about fundamental mental health issues and to provide practical tools for mental health care and support.
Operating from September 2023 to August 2025, the project has published over 65 informational articles and 3 podcast episodes, organized 4 workshops with experts, and reached more than 1,000 adolescents across the province.

Main activities
Master of Clinical Psychology Bui Ha Trang shared knowledge and tools on Self-Care with 25 teenagers.
Master of Clinical Psychology Nguyen Thi Thuong shares (1) Symptoms and solutions to school bullying and (2) Effective ways to resolve family conflicts.
A Psychology-major student from Denison University shares basic information about Psychology, pursuing Psychology major, and experience of studying abroad in the US.
The project published more than 65 articles on Facebook to (1) Raise awareness of fundamental mental health issues, (2) Emphasize the importance of a healthy home environment, and (3) Build a diverse, inclusive learning environment for LGBTQ+ students.
During the school's New Year's Fair in 2024 and 2025, the project organized a booth to raise funds for the project's activities and distributed free mental health support materials.
3 podcast series on Peer Pressure, Friendships, and Teenage Love is a comforting conversation between teenagers, delivering positive advice and messages.
